Antique Reproduction Chinese Longquan Celadon Helical Vase
It looks like a vintage Chinese Longquan celadon helical vase which was popular in Southern Song Dynasty (1127 – 1279AD), however this vase’s real birth time was 20th Century or later. It was potted, fired and made up under an interesting technique called antique reproduction.
The helical vase is offered “AS IS”. The best “in good faith” description and photos are provided. Please also note the pitting, kiln flaw, chip, crack and hairline etc on the body are made on purposely by the ceramist in order to reproduce the feeling of time. |
