| Colorful, relatively scarce Japanese Kurawanka dishes of the Meiji period, mid-19th century. About 5" (12.5cm) x 1.5" (3.75cm) and decorated with underglaze cobalt blue and overglaze iron red, forest green, yellow and blue enamels, as well as gilt. One dish has chips to the foot rim, and both have lost most of their gilt. Otherwise, good original condition. Insured shipping within the U.S. $12. Elsewhere $24. | ||
