This is a gorgeous Victorian desk clip. Probably oak with beautiful old brass horseshoe and nail. The nail is spring based and holds papers or better yet business cards on ones desk or entry point. Rich patina to the brass. In excellent condition. Clip works and holds tightly. Great gift for all, but you may want to keep this one for yourself! Measures 6.5" x 5". This is an old taxidermy from the 1930's. It is a turtle which appears to be in the tortoise family. It's shell appears to be same material used in old boxes and eyeglass frames.It has glass (I believe glass)eyes and is stitched on the bottom with a hanging hook.It is in good condition for its age, no cracks or chips from what I can see except one toe seems to be missing.

This is a rare Royal Doulton terrier name card holder. Cannot see the markings because it is attached to the marble base, but it is the older Royal Doulton canine # K8 series or HN910. Also mounted to the marble base is a sterling silver name card holder. This piece is extremely rare. The frame is beautifully marked with O B which I believe is Ollivant & Botsford.
