PAYMENTS: Payment in US Dollars must fully clear processing before shipment. Typical times are as follows: US Postal Money Order (1 day), Direct Bank Transfer (1 day), US PayPal (1 day), International PayPal (2 days), PayPal e-check (5-7 business days), or USA Personal Check (5-10 business days).
LAYAWAYS: Layaways are welcome. The first payment of 25% is non-refundable. However, it may be applied to another item if you change your mind or not happy with your purchase. Additional monthly payments are typically made over the next 3-4 months.
RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns for non-damaged items if you are unhappy for ANY REASON upon receipt. Shipping or other unrecoverable fees will not be refunded. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt for return authorization. Items returned without authorization, in damaged condition, later than 7 Days from authorization will be rejected without prior approval.
SHIPPING CLAIMS: Loss or damage must be made through the shipping carrier based on insurance coverage. Note that once packages leave the US, international carriers are often responsible for delivery.
USA SHIPPING: All shipments must be fully insured with a signature required. The USA cost is $7.50 shipping and 1% of the item cost for insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: This has become very costly, and is quoted on an individual basis. Shipments must be fully insured and declared. We most often use USPS.com or if requested, Federal Express. We are not responsible for Customs fees or confiscation.
