PURCHASING
All items are subject to prior sale. Please confirm availability before making payment.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be received within 7 Days by USPS or International Money Order, Bank Check, Check, Bank Wire. Due to the proliferation of identity theft, ALL payment types must clear the bank before shipping.
LAYAWAYS
Layaways are available with a 1/4 non-refundable down payment, another 1/4 due at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. If you change your mind, your payment less the 1/4 down payment will be refunded. This however may be applied to a different purchase.
SHIPPING
US buyers pay $6.00 plus $1 insurance for every $100 of the total price. We ship to the US, UK, Scandinavia, Japan, Australia and Canada. International Buyers will receive a custom quote for USPS Insured (often $20-40) or by private carrier such as UPS or FedEx(often $60-80).
DAMAGES
All claims for loss or damage must be made by the Buyer with the shipping carrier. We will assist by providing any documentation and support as needed. We do not refund directly for shipping loss or damage.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept items back immediately if you are unhappy for any reason. However, return requests must be made within Two Days of delivery confirmation. Authorized returns must be mailed in original condition, with our tags in place, wrapped, boxed and fully insured.
Items returned without authorization, our tags or in non-original condition may be rejected. Items received later than 14 Days from authorization will received a merchandise credit only. Returns will not be accepted if received later than 21 Days from authorization.
We refund Purchase Price Only unless we made a significant mistake. Notify us immediately if you believe we made a such an error (e.g., significant flaw, repair, plated vs. solid silver, modern reproduction, etc.) As with all vintage items, minor wear from normal use is expected and does not qualify as significant.
