Stunning vintage modernistic silver necklace made by Antonio Pineda circa 1960-70 in Taxco Mexico. It consists of flying V-shaped links and measures a wearable 15 inches x 7/8 wide. It has the Antonio Taxco crown mark, old eagle assay mark, and a worn silver mark "9x0" (most likely 970 silver) over TAXCO. Excellent vintage condition. Weighs 103 g.
Here is one fine vintage Fred Davis sterling silver and amethyst necklace, made in Taxco Mexico circa 1950's. Each of the sterling links surrounds a bezel set natural amethyst cabachon. The wearable length is about 16 inches, and is about 7/8 inches wide. Total weight is 78 grams. Very nice vintage condition with minor age wear, no damage and a nice age patina. Correctly marked SILVER, MEXICO, with the conjoined FD stamp.
Gorgeous vintage 14 K gold modernistic necklace by Bjorn Weckstrom. Made in Finland in 1971. The 1 x 5/8 inch gold pendant resembles an abstract tree bark, set with two lustrous round cultured pearls. The 18 inch integral chain is comprised of long custom links to match the texture of the pendant.
