Be Sure to See Our Impressive Collection of Taxco, Danish, Arts and Crafts and Other Vintage Silver Jewelry! Excellent, vintage Gerardo Lopez sterling silver cuff bracelet. Exciting design of flowing scrolls outlined in silver beads. Front measures over 3 inches tapering to 3/4 in the rear. Inner wearable length of about 7 1/2 inches. Hinge secure, but has about 1/2 inch play opening it to about 8 inches. Nice patina. Marked Sterling 925, familiar Lopez Taxco in oval mark, Hencho en Mexico, eagle assay mark. Gerardo Lopez had a large workshop in the 1950's that was recommended as among the "best silver shops in Taxco." |
