Rare Silver plated over bronze cast Whippet or Greyhound dog on marble base, circa 1920 after the French Animalier Sculptor P.J. Mene, very fine detail showing a Whippet or Greyhound, Silver patina, No knocks, dents or restoration. Signed to tummy "Silver Plated" Measures 7" x 6 1/4" x 4" approx. This is a genuine Circa 1920 cast as can be seen from the detail. P.J. Mene, French (1810-1877) was the most successful Animalier sculptor of all time.

Rare Spelter cast Whippet or Greyhound dog, circa 1850-1880 after the French Animalier Sculptor P.J. Mene, very fine detail showing a Whippet or Greyhound resting, black bronze patina, No knocks, dents or restoration. Measures 6 3/4" x 2" x 4" approx. This is a genuine Circa 1850 cast as can be seen from the detail, if this was bronze instead os spelter we would be looking at around £5,000, these lovely spelter cast's are sure to go up in price. P.J. Mene, French (1810-1877) was the most successful Animalier sculptor of all time.

Vienna Bronze Cheeky Pug Dog, he is obviously in a playful mood and is crouched down i think barking, good condition, very little paint loss, light wear suitable for age only, with fantastic detail. I'm sorry my photos are so poor, i need a better lens on my camera, the detail is very crisp on this Austrian bronze, far better than my photo's show! Condition very good. Circa 1920's cast lead cold painted figure of a black pig with a belt around his tummy, signed under his chin in block stamp mark, sadly i'm unable to make it out. Very Good Condition. Measures 50mm. Would have thought it came from one of the many Austrian Vienna Bronze factory's.

This very handsome glass snake bears it's original paper label to base, which read: "Alum Bay Glass, Isle of Wight" Date of production circa 1970's Measures 3 1/4" tall, green, blue and white swirls, ground pontil mark to base and in perfect condition.

The original tag on this beautiful Scottish scent bottle reads "Caithness Scotland". The bottle is a heavy glass, typical of Caithness, in purple with lavender, with pink accents. The stopper, which is original to the piece, is clear. The bottle stands 5" high and is in excellent unused condition. Gorgeous!

A very attractive Beswick Beatrix Potter figure of “Appley Dapply”. This is the rarer first version which has the top of the bottle sticking out of the basket. It bears the BP3b backstamp, used only for one year on this version, 1974-75, making it a rare piece. Condition is excellent, No Chips, Cracks or Restoration, no handling marks. Measures 3 1/4" high approx.(Charlton Guide, 7th edition (2003) values this figure at U.K. £160/ U.S. $250/ Can. $350)
