| Rare Silver plated over bronze cast Whippet or Greyhound dog on marble base, circa 1920 after the French Animalier Sculptor P.J. Mene, very fine detail showing a Whippet or Greyhound, Silver patina, No knocks, dents or restoration. Signed to tummy "Silver Plated" Measures 7" x 6 1/4" x 4" approx. This is a genuine Circa 1920 cast as can be seen from the detail. P.J. Mene, French (1810-1877) was the most successful Animalier sculptor of all time. | ||
