This is a lovely 19th century carved jade pendant with lots of openwork. It has a mogul flavor with the intricate floral motif with reticulation all over the piece. Really nice detail and a favorite theme of plum blossoms, symbol of hardiness. It is hanging on a red plush cord with Chinese geometric knots to complement the jade motif. About 2 inches across and in very good condition.
A fine old carved jade.
