$300.00

This is a lovely 19th century carved jade pendant with lots of openwork. It has a mogul flavor with the intricate floral motif with reticulation all over the piece. Really nice detail and a favorite theme of plum blossoms, symbol of hardiness. It is hanging on a red plush cord with Chinese geometric knots to complement the jade motif. About 2 inches across and in very good condition.

A fine old carved jade.

Sold, thank you.

A 19th century Qing dynasty transluscent Chinese white jade plaque or toggle with a carving of 2 fish on one side and an auspicious symbol on the other. Fish is a homophone for prosperity or plenty. In old China, a jade toggle on a silk cord is worn for good luck. 2.3 by 1.4 inches with nice old patina. Makes a great pendant or brooch.

This is old jade with natural color, not recent import .

$350.00

This is a fun jade archer's ring from the Chinese Ch'ing (Qing) dynasty mid to late 18th century. Pretty high quality jade of a slightly greenish hue a trace of mottling not dyed or treated. And it has translucency as you might surmise from the picures. There is an incised design of a pair of facing carp, seem quite happy enjoying themselves amidst the aquatic plants. As a bonus someone added a silver wire loop to use it like a pendant if you wish a piece of old jewelry! If you are a ...click for details
