Rose Medallion 7 Dish Fitted Set Original Lacquer Box

This is a complete set of 7 Chinese export rose medallion sweet meat or relish dishes fitting in a circle and with the original lacquer box. Nice thick enamels and hand painted scenes with nice detail. The dishes fit inside a lacquer box. Two figures are painted in gold on the box top, and there is also gold writing with store name in the City of Canton. Red marks on the bottom saying "Made in China", signifying 1920s.

About 12 inches diameter. Very good condition, basically unused. A couple of tiny glaze chips about 2-4 mm along rims. Lacquer also in good condition. Note pictures taken in the sun have warmer tone.
