Antique jadeite jade toggle in the shape of a Chinese lock. Words for "longevity and long life" and related symbols are carved on both sides. This is about 100 years old, most likely from a wealthy country gentry home.
About 3" long. No damage and good transluscence with a touch of prized green. Makes a good sized pendant. |
