This is Awesome! Not Signed. But was made by Louis Rousselet of France, c. 1940s. Depicting a Absolutely Beautiful Glass Brooch where all the beads were hand made and then wired to a pierced through gold plated filigree plate. The colors are Just Beautiful in White, Pinks, Cranberry, Baby Blue and Dark Blues, having Flower shaped hand made beads, long tubular shooting glass petals and white clear with blue speckle flowers throughout.
