For domestic purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Purchases by credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card owner. Payment by credit card can be made by either entering the information through our secure AuthorizeNet gateway after clicking on 'order' where indicated, or by calling us at 303-695-1301 and leaving a message if we're not at home advising of the best tme to contact you. Payment by credit card, postal money order, certified check, or wire transfer to our bank will result in the quickest shipping. Payment by personal check will necessarily delay shipping until your check clears our bank (usually 7 to 10 business days).
For international purchases, payment must be made in US$ by either one of the credit cards listed above, a wire transfer to our bank, an international postal money order, or a personal check paid through a US bank. The provisions listed for domestic payments above are applicable to the same methods shown for International purchases.
The cost of DOMESTIC shipping is included in the listed sales price (our choice of US Postal Service Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail, or Parcel Post) except for items that are either on sale or otherwise reduced in price. If you need a different shipping method than that offered for free, we will notify you of any of additional charges.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check with your customs service to determine whether your purchase can be imported legally. If you have not done so and your package is confiscated by your customs department due to ineligibility, the loss will be yours if the package is not returned to us. We will determine whether your purchase can be legally exported from the U.S. Note that by law, we must list the full price paid on the customs form accompanying an international shipment. The receiving party will be responsible for all customs and/or duty charges.
Damage in transit. If damage is found in either a domestic or international shipment, advise us and the delivery agency immediately. Save all packaging material until a decision has been made by the delivery agency as to how it will handle your claim, and ask what you will be required to do to be reimbursed for the loss. It is essential that International shipments be examined at the time of delivery in order to recover damages, and the inspection must be completed in the presence of a representative of the delivering agency. If this is not done and damage has occurred, the delivering agency will not reimburse you for any damage and the entire loss will be yours.
We are only required at this time to collect tax for items shipped to addresses within the state of Colorado. If located within any of the jurisdictional boundaries shown on the 'order' link, make sure the sales tax box is checked. Current rates applied to a purchase are: Colorado State Tax, 2.9%; RTD Tax, 1.2%; City of Aurora Tax, 3.75%; and Arapahoe County Tax, .25%. Only those actually applying to your delivery address will be determined. If you have any questions on these, don’t hesitate to let us know. Dealers with current retail sales licenses are not required to pay tax.
