THE HEIRS OF THE BILLY BRANCH COLLECTION ARE NOW INVITING OFFERS!!!

With the imminent distribution of proceeds from the sales of items in the Billy Branch estate, the heirs
are inviting offers. Though already heavily discounted, the family has asked that I note its willingness to
consider any offer for a listed item in the Branch collection: Pre-Columbian art pottery; unique Native American
pawn pieces; Chinese zoomorphic cloisonnee forms; and a variety of other special collectibles. Bill had a good
eye, and this opportunity to purchase a fine piece at your price is seldom seen. To see all items in the Branch
collection, simply type the letters 'BB' into the search link on any page and all of Bill's listings will come up.

$975.00

In spite of heavy wear on the soles of these early 20th century beaded moccasins (TEH.F8.2), the bold geometric beadwork has stood up quite well. From the collection of the late Chester Howard, the mocs were noted on the frame to which Howard had glued them as possibly Sioux. The adult moccasins measure 10” in length. Originally sinew sewn, the front half of each of the worn soles have been covered with hide that is held in place with heavy cotton thread. The moccasin leather is quite stiff and ...click for details
