Twelve Obsidian Atlatl Points, West Mexico
All found in the Jalisco area of West Mexico and attributed to that horizon, c.300BC-600AD, each of the twelve obsidian atlatl points (103.22X, Y, AK, AM, AN, AP, AW, BB, BC, BY, BJ and BNHD) illustrated in the photos on this page can be purchased by itself. Conditions range from fairly good to good. Each photo shows the illustrated point’s inventory number in brackets, its length in inches, and its price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Number on this page, and then the Inventory Number shown on the given photograph. Any that have been sold will be so-marked on the appropriate photo. Each point is presented in its own glass-fronted collector frame and comes with both a write-up about the collection from which it came, and a map of Mexico highlighting the general area in which it was found. if you enjoy this ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’, and would like to see all the different categories that we currently list in our catalog, spell out the word TWELVE in the search box and it will bring them all up. It’s a great way to limit your browsing time!
