| The twelve individually priced Pre-Columbian atlatl points in this group of twelve (103.22M, AL, AU, AZ, BD, BF and BUHD; and AXH68.19, 25, 30 and 34; and AXH1818) were all found in the Jalisco area of west Mexico in the mid-20th century. From the Langdon and the Dr. Heflin collections, all but one of the points was made from obsidian. The Heflin points, marked by him with white ink to show provenance and usually date of find, were glued to a board, and most still have small patches of glued paper on the back that can be removed with a short soak in tepid water (the white ink might wash away). This varied group has been broadly assigned to the Jalisco group dating c.300BC-900AD. Each photo shows first our inventory number in brackets followed by provenance information, size in inches, type of material, horizon and dates, condition notes followed by a grade estimate in brackets, the name of the collection, and lastly the price.
