Twelve Confederate States Currency Notes

Each of the twelve different Confederate States notes and bills in this group (FP1373A-L) is individually described and priced on the photo in which it uniquely appears. The notes include those issued by the Confederate government as well as the States of Alabama and North Carolina. Denominations range from 10 Cents to $20. All of the notes have been circulated, but some more than others. A front and back photo for each piece is shown. Each photo is annotated with first the item’s inventory number in brackets, then a brief description of the bill, followed by a 1-10 estimate of grade with 10 being the highest (no ‘tens’ in this group). Next comes the date of issue and then, when pertinent, a notation about the series. Follows a description concerning any imagery on the bill, then a comment as to condition, and finally the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Item Number on this page, and then to our Inventory Number shown on the given photograph. Each note comes in an individual Mylar zip lock bag. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced!
