This 22” necklace (PBF201) is made up of assorted Pre-Columbian ceramic, shell, greenstone and gold beads, all found in the Narino area of Colombia during the mid-20th century and dating into the Capuli Period, c.900-1400AD. This translucent green glass amulet (102.6HD) was found in Lebanon and dates into the Roman Period, c.100BC-100AD. 7/8” in length, the amulet is embossed in the center of its disk with what appears to be either the torso of a person or god (although it’s impossible to be sure). In overall very good condition, the glass is filled with bubbles, and a bit of mud still clings to its surface. The amulet or pendant comes with a small display card and a certificate guaranteeing authenticity.
