| "Spring In Arashiyama" from the series: Collection of Scenic Views of Japan II, Kansai Edition. This print dates to April 1933. It caries the Hasui signature with the Kawase seal. The publisher was Watanabe Shozaburo, Seal "A - 6mm.,lifetime edition". The print measures 10.5" by 15.25". It is referenced in Narazaki as print number 226 and in Hotei as print number 319. Arashimya , in the western section of Kyoto, is famous for its cherry blossoms and autumnal foliage. Very good condition, light toning and mat burn, 2 pinholes left margin where print was hung to dry after printing. | ||
