Here is an interesting old framed polo item that appears to be an inlaid flooring piece by the Armstrong Co. It was found framed in this maple frame, which measures about 21" square, with the original label still attached to the back. I would date this to the mid-1900's. It can be hung on the wall, or the frame can be removed and it could be set in...to the floor, which was surely its original purpose. Very rare and good looking!

This is just an outstanding pair of old mustardy-gold toleware lanterns that can be hung as sconces, or can sit on a shelf or table as lamps. When we acquired these, there was no hanging hardware so we had them rewired and prepared for hanging on the wall. But, they still have their little bun feet, so they can still sit on a surface if you desire.
