$485

Here is an interesting old framed polo item that appears to be an inlaid flooring piece by the Armstrong Co. It was found framed in this maple frame, which measures about 21" square, with the original label still attached to the back. I would date this to the mid-1900's. It can be hung on the wall, or the frame can be removed and it could be set in...to the floor, which was surely its original purpose. Very rare and good looking!

$295

A matched pair of tall glass vintage liquor or wine decanters with images of mounted polo players. The images are a combination of transfer and hand coloring. They are 9.5 inches tall, and the condition of these decanters is perfect with no chips or cracks. They date to the 1950-60's era. There is some slight wear to the paint in places, which is to be expected from handling over the years. Overall these are very handsome and rare, and would make a perfect gift for the polo aficionado. ...click for details

This is just an outstanding pair of old mustardy-gold toleware lanterns that can be hung as sconces, or can sit on a shelf or table as lamps. When we acquired these, there was no hanging hardware so we had them rewired and prepared for hanging on the wall. But, they still have their little bun feet, so they can still sit on a surface if you desire. They have a fantastic look and are in great condition with minor scratches and paint chips here and there. There is one cracked piece of glass in ...click for details
