Read below for a free email-photo-examination offer. I am one of the few Certified Appraisers in the United States who specializes in Asian antiquities, antiques and art. I am one of the few Certified Appraisers in the world who specializes in Fossil Identifications and Valuations, as I was the Curator of Paleontology at a small Museum in Minnesota. Other areas I am adept at are; Militaria, Egyptian artifacts and Western fine art. I have done authentications, verifications and valuations of such famous European and American artist's works as: Chagall, Kipniss, Kouba, Picasso and Warhol, among others. I have dealt with items such as: traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean landscape paintings, jade carvings (jadeite, nephrite and stimulants), porcelain, textiles, furniture, thanka’s, bronzes (ancient and counterfeit), Tang and Han terracotta horses (ancient and counterfeit), Japanese wood block prints (ukiyo-e, shunga, etc.), ivory carvings, and various other items, from countries as diverse as: Afghanistan, Burma, Cambodia, China, India, Pakistan, the Hmong Cultures, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Korea (United, North and South), Laos, Malaysia, the Marshall Islands, Mongolia, Nepal, the Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Siam/Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Tibet, Turkey and Vietnam. I have been able to closely examine and handle such interesting antiquities at Beijing University in China as a 16,000-year-old necklace and one of the original terracotta warriors from the famous site at Xi’an as well as the more common Ming and Q’ing Dynasty items. I also had the privilege to have had access to fossils in their Department of Paleontology and other related institutes throughout China, which included the honor of being the first Westerner to examine their most recently found feathered dinosaur. As a Certified Appraiser of Asian antiques, I have studied the subject in depth, and it is why I can guarantee the authenticity of all of my items.

I will NOT give you value(s), age(s) or identification(s) of your item(s) in this free email-photo-examination, as that is the hard part of the job and is what I am paid to do as a Certified Appraiser. I will ONLY respond to emails that included 100% of the following required information, as I am too busy to spend my time emailing back and forth requesting missing information. 1) Clear over-all images of the: front, sides, back, top and bottom of each piece. 2) Close-ups of any: interesting aspects, characters, words and stamps as well as any and all damage. It is better to send me too many images than not enough. 3) Descriptions of each piece including: what you know about each piece; when, where, how it/they were acquired; all damage; City State/Province/Prefecture/etc. and the country you are in (If English is your second language, please tell me and I will work with you). 4) If you are not willing to put the effort into sending this basic information to me, then I am not willing to reply, so please respect and fulfill my requests.
