One by a Mashiko potter, another by one of the best Taiwanese artist studios—Tien-Guan-Yao. The vintage Mashiko one is done in traditional ash glaze on brown stoneware, very wabi-sabi. Beautiful green ash glaze dripped and pooled on the bottom of the cup, signature style of Kamoda Shoji. Measured H 2.25”, D 3.5”. There are two very small crazed areas which were repaired, water proofed and not in the least noticeable.
