ISLAMIC GLASS PYXIS, 900 AD. Important Islamic black glass. A very cute and pretty ancient vessel and quite an UNUSUAL form. Probably used for oil or perfume. MEASUREMENTS: 9,9 cm. High; CONDITION: Intact; PROVENANCE: Acquired at Pierre Berger, Paris, France. Auction April 29th, 2006.
