Pair of Excellent English Period Queen Anne Side Chairs, Circa 1740-60, in walnut, having molded and beaded rear posts terminating in small scrolls at the raised crest, above a deep, molded seat frame, with a slip seat upholstered in an eggshell fabric, on graceful front cabriole legs with pad feet and shaped returns, having turned H stretchers with raised rings and squared joints. 18th Century American Queen Anne/Chippendale High Chest, in pine, having a "bread board" framed top with under beaded crown molding, above five beaded, graduated drawers, each with two brass oval knob pulls. Exceptional and Fine Cherry "Jackson Press," so called because President Andrew Jackson was said to have had one similar to this--having 2 six light doors on the upper cabinet rather than blind doors.
