Handsome set of three late 19th Century Octagonal Wedgwood Bone China Plates, each monogrammed in gold, painted with a country scene in colors, centering a Neoclassical border of gold on dark blue. Made by Josiah Wedgwood and Sons working in the English cities of Burslem and Eturia, c. 1878-1900; retailed by F. & C. Osler in London, England. English Royal Doulton "Belle O' The Ball" Bone China Lady Figurine. Figure "HN1997" designed by R. Asplin, introduced in 1947 and withdrawn in 1979. A woman, dramatically attired in a long cranberry red dress with pink and green flounce, sits upon a lavender and blue upholstered French Rococo settee, beside a large pillow; reflecting upon the evening soiree, holding a grey eye mask upon her lap.
