EDO Period Bunraku Theatre Lacquer Makie Bookstand
Noh/Bunraku Narrator Bookstand with Kyosoku Arm Rest Set - Makie Lacquer (with Kamon) and Original Box

Presumably used in Noh/Bunraku Theatre Arts during the early Edo Period by the narrator. In great condition with minor abrasions as can be expected but generally considered a rare historical item from the performing arts world of Japan. It also comes with arm rest pillow (Kyosoku) as well.
