Antique Solid Sterling Silver Sugar Tongs hallmarked London 1873 by maker Henry John Lias. The tongs are heavy and measure 5.5" long. I could find no dents and there is overall scratching.

Very nice handmade Danish brown glazed pot dating to 1890's. The pot is from the island of Denmark in the Fyn area, where Hans Christian Anderson is from. It has a brown glaze with 2 handles and a cream glaze on the inside. It measures 7" high and about 7" wide. There is a hairline crack on the inside. There are no markings. Just wonderful markmanship.

Beautiful antique English sterling silver scissors with ornate handles and steel shaft. The sterling silver handles have wonderful details of scrolls and tendrils. It is hallmarked Birmingham 1911. The scissors are 5" long and the handles are 2.25" wide. A great addition to your collection!

Fabulous and very rare Bilston pink enamel box dating to the 1790's. It is in remarkable condition for its age. The entire box is pink enamel on the outside with red and white roses and yellow flowers with greenery and gold accents. There is some chipping of the pink enamel on the top and sides and particulary the bottom rim. Very nice antique daguerreotype 1/2 plate of an English gentleman and 2 ladies with refined clothing. The gentleman has a waistcoat on with a bow tie and vest and the woman on the right has a lovely dress on with her hair pinned up and holding a book possibly a bible. The woman on the left has a nice dress on with her hair pinned back holding what I think is perhaps needlwork. The 1/2 plate measures 3.25" x 3.75" and has nice brass (copper?) frame and the back of the case I believe ...click for details

Fabulous antique purple/mulberry handled platter, 1840's. Based on the backstamp, I believe it was made by John Ridgway around 1840's. It is quite large and heavy measuring 15.75" across from end of handle to handle. The handles are lovely with great detail, embossed leaf scrolls and gold highlights. The transfer pattern is lovely with beautiful florals, vases, and geometrics. The backstamp has the lion and unicorn mark. Just fabulous Sterling silver hallmarked c. 1900, English baby rattle with mother of pearl handle, bone teething ring and 2 little bells. The center of the rattle is a relief of Pied Piper with a dancing mouse on both sides of the rattle. The silver ring that attaches to the bone ring has a hallmark of I think is the lion. Romantic Staffordshire transferware pitcher that dates to 1830's. The pattern is a classic Greecian scene with Ravenna holding a child with another child at her feet. The pattern is the same on both sides. The neck has an acorn leaf and grapes pattern and a leaf and grapes border pattern at the foot. The handle has some nice embossed lines with grapes and leaves. Very rare and beautiful antique sterling silver green glass perfume bottle with stopper. The green glass is beautiful. The sterling silver top is hallmarked Birmingham 1908 and it screws on. The stopper is green glass also. It measures 3" high and about 1.5" across. The lid has some very minor dents that are hard to see and there is one very tiny chip on the side of the handle of the stopper, but it is smooth. This would be a wonderful addition to your collection.
