Direct from Brussels is this fabulous vintage sunburst convex wall mirror that dates to 1960's. It has a gilt frame with 4 different sunrays that repeat in a pattern around the mirror. There is a rope beaded border around the convex mirror. The frame is a wood composition. It measures 23.5" across from longest ray to longest ray. The size makes it ideal for over the mantel. Antique green leaf strawberry handled majolica platter/plate, 1880's. It is a beautiful deep green with many details of leaves, vines, and strawberries. It measures about 10" from handle to handle. and 9" high. There are no cracks and there is one chip on the back rim which cannot be seen from the front. There are no markings.
Direct from Belgian is a lovely Tapestry pillow with dogs all dressed up. There are Westies, Pugs, Beagles, and other dogs. The pillow measures 17" long by 9.5". It has a zipper on the bottom and the pillow form inside can be removed. It is in perfect condition.
Very nice vintage Majolica brown pitcher. It has a fish scale handle and a fish face spout. The pitcher measures 4.75" high and 5" wide from end of spout to end of handle. There are no chips or cracks, but there is overall crazing and staining on the inside. A great addition to your collection!
Antique 19th Century Staffordshire spill vase with a couple and a dog with doghouse. The dog is at the foot of the female and the male is resting on the doghouse. It measures 8.5" high and 4" wide. There are no chips and there is a tight hairline crack on the back and a crack on the bottom. There is overall crazing. Just a charming piece!
Antique petite Staffordshire poodle carrying a basket in its mouth. The elegant poodle is standing on a blue cushion with gold accents and 4 paw feet. It has a blue basket with pink florals in its mouth. The dogs face has great details. It measures 3.75" high, 3" long, and 1.5" wide. There are no chips or cracks and could use a good clean, but I will leave that up to the buyer. It has a gold anchor mark on the bottom.
Vintage Royal Winton chintz 10" platter in the very beautiful Summertime pattern. It is marked Summertime Copyright Wright Tyndale & Van Roden Inc. England Royal Winton Grimwades Made in England. Wright Tyndale & Van Roden Inc. was a company in the U.S. that marketed Royal Winton Summertime chintz and it went out of business in the 1930's, thus dating this to the 1930's. Vintage skull with antlers/horns mounted on a black forest wooden placque. The placque measures 8" long and 5" wide. The horns measure 6.5" long. The black forest is very nice with rich details.
Vintage English beveled Barbola mirror in a very rare petite size, 1920's. The mirror measures 4" across and 5.5" high to the top of the gesso florals. It has 5 lovely, gesso flowers which have a few chips. The mirror itself is very thick and has loss of silver especialy around the edge and some spots. It has its own stand on the back. A great mirror for dating to the 1920's.
