| Victorian english papier mache hinged shelf with florals. The shelf has hinges that fold up the shelf to lay flat. It has lovely florals. It measures 11" high and 8.5" wide. It has 2 holes at the top for easy hanging. There are scratches, and a chip to the right side and a chip on the back and has a tiny hole on the top of the shelf where the hook has poked through.
