| Just fabulous Sterling silver hallmarked c. 1900, English baby rattle with mother of pearl handle, bone teething ring and 2 little bells. The center of the rattle is a relief of Pied Piper with a dancing mouse on both sides of the rattle. The silver ring that attaches to the bone ring has a hallmark of I think is the lion. There is another hallmark on the silver which attaches to the mother of pearl handle and I think is another lion. This is in fantastic condition---the handle, bone, and silver are all fine with only a small dent on one side of the silver rattle, but it is not very noticeable. This would be a great addition to your collection! | |||||
