| Fabulous vintage Royal Winton chintz teapot in the beautiful Summertime pattern. This is the Elite shape with a strawberry finial. There are no chips or cracks and there is crazing and some fading of the gold rim. The teapot measures 5.5" high and 8.5" wide from end of spout to end of handle. It is marked Summertime copyright Wright Tyndale & van Roden Inc. Royal Winton Grimwades England. Wright Tyndale & van Roden Inc., were distributors in the USA of Royal Winton chintz and they went out of business in the 1930's so this fine teapot dates to the 1930's.
