A very large [ 18" ] standing warrior, wearing a wrap around cape and a helmet and adorned with nose plugs, ear spools and a belt. He holds his weapon with both hands and has a painted cream color design on the cape and helmet over an overall red background. Heal of the left foot and cape repaired from original pieces, otherwise intact. Mexico Jalisco 200 BC-AD 200

A standing female, pregnant and very highly adorned, wearing a massive feathered necklace on top of that another necklace with a central medallion, very large round ear spools and neatly combed hair with a segmented head band. Remains of red and white pigments, broken around waist with restoration over the breaks, overall excellent. 5 3/8" high Mexico Michoacan 500-100 BC

A hollow seated figure of a female with her bulbous legs out to the sides, rounded shoulders and looped arms held to her waist, her smallish feathers on a wide flat face, she is nude and adorned with three sets of ear rings, highly burnished overall, red and orange on the body, cream colored face. " features of the horizontally compressed face, and the treatment of the top of the head seem early for Costa Rica. The head has zones of incising and punctation filled with white pigment. The figure "wears" fore and aft lobes that probably indicate an extreme hunchback deformity. Highly adorned priest, standing with both hands raised palms forward, tight fitting headdress with a bird on the top, tips of wings chipped, side and central tassels, jade ear spools and necklace worn over a chest mantle with incised line patterns also the knee length tunic, plus wrist bands. Seated woman legs outstreached and holding a bundle or stack of something on her lap and atop the stack are some type of implements. She is highly adorned with multi layered wrist bands and necklace, she has double ball nose plugs, long dangle ear rings and huge side head flaps, themselves highly adorned. She wears a skirt which has some minor losses, her right side head flap and arm have been reattached. Color remains. 6 1/4" high Ecuador Jamacoaque 200-600 AD
