Westmoreland Green #185 Electric Lamp

This stunning #185 Lamp was produced by the Westmoreland Glass Company. The design for this lamp was taken from the early 1800s Sandwich Whale Oil Lamps. This lamp is hard to find, but finding one with a wheel cutting is most difficult. The lamp shape is shown in Hazel Marie Weatherman's book "Colored Glassware of the Depression Era 2," on page 362. This lovely lamp is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. It is free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. The decoration is beautiful. It is on the shoulder of the lamp, the top panels and on the base (see picture below). The pictures shown in Hazel's book are from 1927.
