We are offering for sale a beautiful #1428 cornucopia bowl. This elegant piece was made by the A. H. Heisey Company of Newark, Ohio. This stunning bowl is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without cracks, chips in the body, or repairs. THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT STRIATIONS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BASE. These are not disfiguring. THEY DO NOT GO THROUGH TO THE TOP. They are present however and you need to be aware of this. Our second picture shows you what we are talking about-- PLEASE CLICK ON THE ENLARGE BUTTON FOR A BETTER VIEW. There is also some minor scratching or wear at the edges of the base where the bowl sits. THE WHITE AREAS ARE REFLECTION FROM THE CAMERA FLASH--- NOT ON THE BOWL AT ALL. The bowl is marked with the Heisey Diamond H. You have to hold it to the light to see this. It is very faint.
