We are pleased to have a covered cracker jar with a wicker handle. It was made for UCAGCO (a distributor of dinnerware and glassware). UCAGCO (United China and Glass Company) was located in New Orleans and New York. They distributed many Japanese china patterns. The pretty Early Provincial or Rooster and Roses pattern was one of the patterns they distributed. Our Rooster and Roses biscuit / cracker jar is in pristine, Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. The bucket is marked PY on its base. It can be dated from the late 1947 - 1961.
