A fine and very rare early 19th century Chinese Daoguang mark and period Beijing glass bowl, the translucent thick amber glass bowl of well rounded side and supported on a low foot rim, completely plain and uncarved, very even color tone and displaying numerous air bubbles within the metal, the base with the wheel-cut Daoguang reign mark in "kaishu" script and is of the period.
