Fine Rare 19C Qianlong Mark Blue & White Immortals Bowl

A fine and rare 19th century Chinese Qianlong mark blue and white porcelain "Immortals" bowl, delicately potted and finely painted in deep and strong underglazed cobalt blue around the exterior with the Eight Immortals (Baxian), interior decorated with the Three Star Gods (Fu, Lu, Shou) beneath a pine tree all within double circles, the base glazed white and inscribed with the Qianlong six-character reign mark. (Wooden stand not included)

REFERENCE : Compare the similar size Imperial Guangxu mark and period blue and white Immortals bowl in our Trocadero Sold / Archives section, item number 1056440.

DATE : Chinese, Qing Dynasty, 19th century.

MARK : undergalzed-blue six-character Qianlong seal mark on base.

SIZE : approximately 1 7/8" (4.8 cm) high, 4 1/4" (10.8 cm) diameter.

CONDITION : in perfect condition, one small production firing fissure to rim only. No chips, no cracks, and no repairs.
