This is a horizontally rolled scroll of Shunga Makimono, a humorous group of whimsical erotic paintings from early 1900s to 1930s.
There are 14 scenes emphasizing the phallus drawn with colors on long paper scroll. There are small holes, stains and some wrinkles.

A print book titled " Fuzoku Yashi " , by Seiu Ito ( 1882-1961 ) is dated Showa 6 (1931) . He was born Hajime Ito in the Asakusa district of Tokyo and started his education in painting by 1890. He later received training in ivory carving, sculpture and eventually adopted the alias Seiu (kanji for words 'clear' and 'rain') at age 13.
