This is a beautifully crafted and finely detailed 19th Century Cloisonne Censor. The extremely fine wire pattern is of the highest quality. This fine piece has been in my personal collection for over fifteen years.

This is a large and exquisite Museum Quality Japanese Urn, dating to the mid Meiji period (1868-1912). The Urn is Artist Signed. It is an elaborate and remarkable piece, rendered in the finest detail throughout. The removable top cover is crowned with a very detailed figure of a Man. The Urn portion is also removable and is flanked by two wonderful Dragons. A third Dragon encircles the center part of the Urn. This is a finely done and early Cloisonne Charger. It measures 12 inches in diameter and has no areas of damage. The outer border of the Charger is a repeating pattern executed in soft earthtones and accented with bright shades of blue, yellow and white. The underbase is an intricate design surrounded by a colofull selection of Spider Mums and wild flowers. The back is done in a deep turquoise with circular wire decoration.
