A wonderful signed library table / desk by R. J. Horner & Co. of New York. Signed pieces by Horner are rare. This library table is intricately carved in Cuban mahogany which is protected and unobtainable today. It has a single drawer on one side that spans about half the length of piece. There is a very slight separation on one corner of the top, as you can see in the pictures, which does not detract from the beauty of the piece. It sits on brass castors.

Finish: Probably refinished at some point in the past.
