All payments, both through Paypal and personal and business checks, of merchandise MUST arrive within 5 days from the time that grand total has been emailed. If payments are not received within the 7 days, merchandise will be returned to the store floor and will be available for purchase on the website! We will no longer be able to "hold" or "reserve" items more than 24 hours while a decision is made on purchase.Communication is important! So talk to us and let us know what's going on! We can't help you every way possible unless we hear from you!
Shipments will not be made until personal or business checks have cleared. RETURN POLICY: Furniture purchases will not be refunded. Please check all pictures closely and ask if additional, detailed pictures before purchasing. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your non-furniture purchase, I will accept return of the item after e-mail notification and discussion. If a return is necessary, the product must be carefully wrapped, boxed and fully insured in box shipped in and shipped by the same company as shipped to you. #2 It must be shipped within 3 days from date you received it.#3 Upon receiept, it will be examined for any damages, etc before refunds can be made. #4 ALL items, regardless of reason of return, except for damages suffered during transport, are subject to a 15% restocking fee!
