A Very Dramatic Portrait of a Bearded Man! Oil on Board. An excellently done portrait. A recent purchase in England. The dealer knew nothing about the painting, bought in an estate sale in Southern England. Obviously, this is not it's original frame. Signature on the back says "by Pepe Cortes".
