A very old and rather primitive Standing French Crucifix. Hand made completely out of wood, except for the cross, which appears to be bronze. This Crucifix dates back to the very early 1800's. You can see the wear it has gone through over the ages, perhaps traveling with a family. But it is still intact and ready to serve another home. It's very precious, so only a good home may apply for it's purchase! Stands 8 1/4" tall x 3 3/8" wide. Please see enlargements for a close up of cross and other crucifix that are offered. |
