This is an interesting piece, it happened when a few shelves collapsed in the anagama and the two pieces fused, the miniature vase is by noted potter Liz Vercruysse, I do not know who made the little dish that it fused to. Great firing and ash effects! A happy accident. About 5" largest dimension, excellent condition.
