| Beautiful overlay pin depicting a roadrunner one of Mr Yazzie's signature designs. About 1 1/4" in diameter, marked with dipper hallmark, most likely dates form the 1960's or 50's. Excellent vintage condition. While overlay work was first attributed to Hopi smiths, Willie Yazzie Sr. began doing it very early also in the 1950's, and is well known for his high quality work. PS.
