Miniaturistic trophy head with nicely modeled facial features. Arched brows over large eyes, pointed snub nose, fleshy lips and elaborate ears. The head is standing on a partially preserved ring base. Ceramic. Costa Rica, ca. 300 to 500 AD. L. 4.2 cm (1.65 in), H. 2.6 cm (1 in). Reconstituted from fragments, else a nice example. Swiss art market (data will be disclosed to the buyer)
