Large hand-modeled Boeotian centaur with raised arms. Vivid rendition of the male head with pointed beard, prominent nose, neatly impressed eyes and wild hair.
The elongated body of the horse with remains of white pigment and red varnish stripes. The color decoration is reminiscent of the 7th century BC Boeotian production.
Legs and tail stand stiff completing the overall rigid appearance of the horse.
