The animal is seated on his haunches with the forepaws on his knees. The tail is drawn around the body to his right, the genitalia are exposed.

The slender cat-headed woman wears a short-sleeved and tightly-fitting long garment decorated with criss-crossed panels between vertical stripes. The goddess holds a lion-headed aegis with sun-disc and uraeus in front of her chest. The usual basket on the crook of her left arm and the sistrum on the outstretched right are lost. Bronze figurine of Nefertum, the Egyptian god of perfumes and unguents. Nefertum wears the lotus blossom crown topped by two large plumes and with two menyet counterpoises on the sides. The crown is placed over a tripartite wig with an uraeus at the brow. The figure wears his customary shendyt kilt and a braided beard. The goddess is squatting with her knees drawn up to the chest and is wearing a tight fitted dress that reduces her body to a block-like shape.
