Fine glass bottle of faceted globular body and funnel shaped neck. Tooled ribs radiating on the shoulder and on the lower body to join a chain pattern around the belly.
The ribs were hand-tooled with pincers while the glass was still hot and in a workable state.
Pale green glass.

Roman glass flask of spherical body on a ring foot. The short neck with a wide flaring rim; a strap handle fold on top to form a thumb rest.
Free-blown pale green, almost white glass.

Intact, except for a small craze on the neck, just below the join to the handle. Some iridescence inside; sinter and plenty of root marks all over.
