An unglazed Egyptian steatite scarab excavated in Egypt and dated 1550 - 1010 BC, the New Kingdom. The scarab measures 1.35 cm and is in excellent condition. A quite different Egyptian serpentine scarab excavated in Egypt and dated ca. 1000 BC, ca. 21st Dynasty of the Third Intermediate Period. The scarab measures 2.05 cm and is in excellent condition. Shipping is free. The drill-hole is open for stringing and most details are very clear. A dirt encrustation is found in the incisions on the sides and the bottom. There are traces of hieroglyphs on the bottom.
